Although it is still a tad bit chilly, today marks the first official day of Spring, here in the UK. And aren’t we pleased about that!
There’s something really refreshing about Spring. Days get longer and lighter and produce gets fresher and brighter.
To celebrate how chefs cook with the seasons, last year we launched our first seasonal brochure – the Autumn/Winter Collection. This was such a great success that we decided to continue our seasonal focus in our new Portfolio 4 brochure, with our Spring/Summer offering.
And who better to show off the best of the season than Daniel Watkins?
Daniel admirably rose to our challenge in the Autumn/Winter Collection to present Nikkei Cuisine dishes, and this time we asked him for his inspiring Spring/Summer ideas. Daniel combined the best seasonal ingredients with his innovative recipes. His artistry certainly makes an ideal partnership for our new tableware collections!
