That’s why we are keeping certain collections separate to our more general offering.
The VIP Collections will only be available to those that register their interest for this area. It is like a private viewing at a gallery and is only for those who really appreciate the very best we have to offer, which includes the ability to bespoke your own tableware.
Bespoke Creations and VIP Collections
Whether that is by unique decoration of existing pieces or by creating your very own product, we are able to take you on that journey, literally sometimes by taking you to craft producers who will sit with you and design the product in front of you.
It is hard to describe the excitement of that process; when you see a product take form which until that time, did not exist. Your product!

Concept To Table
Concept development has become an increasingly important trend, not only to large Hotel, Restaurant and Catering operators, but also in helping independents clarify their project aims.
The definition of a Concept is very simple. It means ‘a principle or idea’. When we talk about concepts in Hospitality, it takes on a much more defined meaning.
When we talk about a concept, we believe it is a central & consistent idea of how a restaurant or dining destination will look, feel, be operated, the food it will serve , the style of service, and sometimes the sense of place. The key word is ‘consistent’. All elements must reinforce the central idea, right down to the plates on the table. Everything has a message. Everything has a place or purpose.
Of course, some operators are much more disciplined than others, but the point of a concept, is that it defines a sense of expectation from the diner.
When a concept is confused, the diner too will be confused.
Our part in this, is to help put our piece of the concept jigsaw in place by understanding and reinforcing all the other elements, like décor, menu, style of service and sense of place.
We do this best when our consultancy service is in direct, face-to-face contact with your team, or just you. However, we do have clients, for which this is not possible, so we share information via electronic means and then hold video-based consultations. We have done this successfully throughout Europe, and the Middle East region.
