We are 3 weeks into lockdown in the U.K and what lies ahead remains uncertain; whilst those in the hospitality industry are trying to figure out our next steps for our businesses and where it will go from here, it really is a breath of fresh air and something special when the power of social media enables you to see the whole country coming together to show love and support to our NHS staff who are putting themselves at risk to protect the rest of us.

Our friends Andrew Aston and Sam Potter and the chefs from the group over at Baxter Storey have turned their homes into industrial sized kitchens and have been very busy cooking hundreds of meals a day with the help of many brands who have also donated their products to deliver alongside the boxed meals to local hospitals to feed the NHS staff working long hours to treat patients and local food banks who are struggling for supplies.
