On Monday and Tuesday we hosted two fabulous events at our London showroom, to celebrate the launch of our highly anticipated Portfolio 4. We would like to thank all of our customers, old and new, for coming along to our event and celebrating with us. We had so much fun!
As you all know, we are renowned for our sexy plates and incredible food photography. With every catalogue and brochure we produce, we always try to out-do ourselves. Our aim is always to bring you something sexier, trendier and better than before!
As you can imagine, a lot of hard work (and love, sweat and tears!) goes into producing these wonderful brochures, which you so aptly call ‘chef porn’ (cheeky!). We thought we would share some images of our Portfolio’s being produced at our printers, just to show the process of how it is all put together.
These Statex Colour Printers have the best kit out there and their attention to detail is second to known. As you will see in our new Portfolio, the colour and images are so vibrant, you almost feel like they jump out the page at you!
Of course, we couldn’t do this without our amazing team but also help from the chefs that produce these incredible dishes for us. It is all about combining sexy plates with sexy food.
We were honoured to have worked with some of the best chefs in the industry on this Portfolio; Ben Jegu, Alex Harper, Dale Bainbridge, Gerald Van Der Walt, Richard Allen, Simon Jenkins, Daniel Watkins, Edoardo Pellicano and Nuno Mendes.
These guys are truly amazing at what they do and each one surprises us at photo-shoots with their unique flair and talent. In this Portfolio, we focused on how they put together their menu and the importance of the food and team work in running a restaurant or business. When you get a chance, you must read their stories! These guys know their stuff! We will also be adding each one to our Hot List – so keep checking back for updates!
We are already completely overwhelmed by the amazing feedback we’ve received from chefs from around the world about Portfolio 4. We truly believe this is our best one yet and we hope you love it as much as we loved putting it together!
Also this week, our tableware featured at LXA’s Violet stand at Hotelympia. We loved this concept and loved putting together the tableware for it. Here’s an image of their causal dining table. What do you think?
If you saw us there and would like more information about the products we used, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
