Well hello there and welcome to our brand new website!

As you have probably noticed, things have changed quite a lot since you last visited us. We have had a complete re-vamp! A lot of work has gone into bringing you a fresh, modern website that is also a lot easier to find your way around too (more on the navigation a little later!)

FANTASTIC FEATURES

As well as a whole new look, we’ve also added some snazzy new features that we think you are going to love!

The biggest change is you can now see your prices and shop online! New and existing customers, all you have to do is click here and fill in your details. Our accounts team will verify your account and you will be sent your log in details with a password reset. It is that easy! You are then free to log onto the website whenever you like and browse and shop all the products you love!

LOTS OF INSPIRATION

Like everything else we do, we like to make sure we are giving you plenty of inspiration and ideas – our website is no exception.

Our ‘Inspire Me’ page is packed full of ideas, from fine to casual dining concepts. This will be updated on a regular basis, so don’t forget to check back whenever you need some fresh new ideas!

You will also find more inspiration in our Look Book – definitely worth a browse!

OUR LOVELY CUSTOMERS

Whenever we do anything new, we always think of ways we can include our lovely customers! This new website has created so many opportunities on how we can give something back to you lot!

Firstly there’s our Hot List. Every month we will feature a different chef or person from the industry – first up is the lovely and very talented Adam Handling. Read his story here. If you would like to feature on our Hot List (or know someone who should) then get in touch!

We also have our Wall of Fame, which is pride of place on the homepage. This is where we showcase your marvellous creations – why not send us some pics and we will proudly display them on our Wall of Fame?

We also have a corner of the website that is completely dedicated to ‘Customer Experience’ – this gives you the chance to share your G & G journey with the rest of the world! Have a nosey to see what our customers have been saying about us (they do like to make us blush!) and if you have an experience you would like to share, then please get in touch!

Now let’s get to the products!! You will notice a menu at the top of the homepage, products are categorised within these menus. So, for example if you are looking for Bone China then you will find this in Tableware – Crockery – Bone China.

You can browse products this way or if you know what you are looking for make the most of the ‘Search Bar’ at the top of the homepage – you should find your product instantly!

Alternatively, shop by Brand – you will find this at the top of our homepage. We have worked extremely hard to make sure it is as easy as possible to find your way around our website. If you have any problems, then please let us know!
